How do I access my test series after purchase?

After successful payment, your test series will be instantly activated. Log in to your Schrodingo account and go to the Dashboard to start taking tests immediately. If access is not reflected within 5 minutes, contact us at support@schrodingo.in.

I made a payment but didn't receive access. What should I do?

Please wait up to 5 minutes for the system to process. If access is still not granted, email us at support@schrodingo.in or WhatsApp us at +91 8123641555 with your payment screenshot and registered email. We'll resolve it on priority.

Can I get a refund after purchasing a test series?

All sales are final. Once payment is made and enrollment is completed, refunds are not offered. For more details, please read our Refund Policy.

What devices can I use to take tests?

Schrodingo works on any device with a modern web browser — laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile phones. We recommend using a laptop or desktop with Chrome, Firefox, or Edge for the best experience during full-length mock tests.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Login" on any page, then click "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered email to receive a password reset link. If you signed up with Google, simply use "Continue with Google" to log in.

I'm facing technical issues during a test. What should I do?

If you face any technical issues during a test, contact our support team immediately at support@schrodingo.in or call +91 8123641555. Include "Urgent" in the subject line for priority handling. We'll resolve the issue and ensure you can complete your test.

How is the All India Ranking calculated?

Your All India Ranking is calculated in real-time based on the scores of all students who have taken the same test. It updates dynamically as more students attempt the test, giving you an accurate picture of where you stand nationally.

Can I share my account or coupon codes with others?

No. Each account and coupon code is intended for individual use only. Unauthorized sharing may result in revocation of access without refund. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details.
